Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the classic Turkish hammam and the royal hammam?
The classic Turkish hammam lasts 45 minutes: heat, steam and a scrub for clean, fresh skin. The royal hammam lasts 60 minutes and follows the full beldi ritual, with black soap, a scrub and more time for care.
Can I use my membership for other services?
Each membership covers one specific treatment: classic Turkish hammam, royal hammam, 30-min massage or 60-min massage. Use your sessions whenever you like during the whole validity period (3, 6 or 12 months).
Can I give a membership as a gift?
Yes. Just tell us on WhatsApp that it is a gift and give the recipient's name: the membership will be in their name.
What happens if I don't use all my sessions?
Unused sessions expire at the end of the validity period. Choose the plan that matches your pace: 5 sessions over 3 months, 10 over 6 months or 20 over 12 months.
How do I use my sessions?
Book as usual, online or on WhatsApp, and tell us you have a membership. One session is deducted at each visit.
